Skyline International Airport is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Ground Transportation team as an Airport Bus Driver. This role is crucial in providing a smooth and efficient transit experience for passengers between terminals, parking lots, and other airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a bus within the airport premises, adhering to all traffic and airport regulations.
Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring special assistance is provided to those in need, such as the elderly, disabled, or families with young children.
Manage the timely shuttle service schedule to ensure passengers reach their destinations within the airport promptly.
Conduct basic maintenance checks on the bus before and after each shift, reporting any issues to the maintenance team immediately.
Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle, ensuring a pleasant environment for all passengers.
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding airport facilities, flight schedules, and other inquiries.
Handle passenger concerns and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with airport staff and other ground transportation teams to ensure a coordinated effort in managing passenger flow.
Qualifications:

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment.
Clean driving record and ability to pass an airport security background check.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift work.
Physical ability to assist with luggage and provide assistance to passengers as needed.
Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures is a plus.
